This is a PSA: Parents, please rear your children at home when they are just knee high to crickets, so when they become teenagers, they dont have such a despicable disregard for authority. Teachers are not superheroes or angels, we are human. We bleed red blood; we tire just as you do; we dont always use the best judgement; we dont have it all together, but we attempt to serve the public in, perhaps, one of the most vulnerable capacities each day. To say what this teacher should have done is all well and good, but if you were standing in those shoes everyday, I dont know that you would have responded so professionally as Ms. Talley asserts in the video clip. All Im suggesting here is it takes a village to raise a child, but the village begins at home. If it starts at home, incidents like this are less likely to happen.
