This is a brilliant piece. It raises the issue of mass movements to defeat Fascism and Racism against a reliance on the state and the "rule of law". It concretely raises the concern that the states emphasis on the rule of law is actually the state trying to defuse the mass anti-fascist mobilisations. This is a point worth noting by all who advocate a use of law in fighting the 1% Good and rewarding as it sometimes may be it is a distraction from the important work of building mass movements.
