This is a call for art submissions for an exhibition at Hibbleton Gallery for the February Fullerton Art Walk, related to a feature documentary film Steve Elkins has been directing for several years. Elkins film deals with various aspects of the lives of scientists and monks that happen to relate intimately to the work of artists. Our hope for this exhibition is to have a variety of artists submit an expression, in any medium, of how the themes of Steves film relate to their own creative process, their personal lives, their dreams. There are no restrictions on what you can do, and it does not have to be obvious or explained how your work relates to Steves film, it is only meant to be a springboard for your own unique and personal ideas.
