This is a damn shame. This video was taken after he had already bought right at $50 worth of junk food with his food stamp card, and when he realized he had another $59 left on his card this is what he decided to do with it. Im so glad that hard working American tax dollars are being put to use to help fund programs like food stamps so that people who otherwise wouldnt be able to afford groceries can finally have something to eat.
