This is a despicable act of cowardness that the driver Man or Woman has done, if it was a Accident he/her has nothing to worry about IF he/she was Drunk driving, no insurance/mot what ever THEN OWN UP , COME FORWARD AND GIVE YOURSELF UP. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT EVENTUALLY . if ANYONE KNOWS WHO IT IS AND DONT WANT TO GRASS HIM/HER UP THEN you must FORCIBLY MAKE THEM AND IF REFUSAL IS ALL YOU GET then you MUST PUT ASIDE YOUR FEELINGS OF GRASSING AND DO IT. No mater what the relationship and if you dont then in my eyes you are as much responsible . DO YOU WANT THIS ON YOUR BACK ??
