This is a drop off. Gary filed a (false) protection from abuse order against me. It was granted, but NOT on any findings, but solely on me not appearing, as I was given less than a 48 hr notice, and actually received the notice int he mail at the same time I received the granted PA, both after the hearing. Gary often claimed to the GAL and the court, and to the PD that he was in fear of his life, but as you can see in the video below, and many more I will be posting, he often stands over me, and sometimes even gets very close, in my personal space, other times you will see how he speaks to be in a demeaning and aggressive tone. None of these are the common actions of an abuse victim, but of an abuser, often trying to intimidate their victims of abuse. You will see much more of this and more severe in the videos to come, in which you will also see this behavior directed at my sister, and my 4 yr old son.
