This is a fantastic course that my husband runs, 6 hours of realistic modern self defense, The PDR system is all based on Physiology and science and probably the worlds leading no nonsense program. My Daughter Erin (aged 8) can hold off my husband with just one arm it is that effective. You will be doing full contact drills to test the system to its potential, great fun and lots of light bulb coming on moments. you also get input on fear management, predator mindsets, and threat cues and assessments. It is a no nonsense system instead of some courses which are complicated and unrealistic. Ben teaches this to the police and to civilians.
