This is a flax seed tincture Im making according to John Reids plant alchemy course. I added five times the herbs volume of white wine, and now Ive placed it into a homemade incubator to digest for several weeks. I am open to any feedback and advise. Im curious why incubating it will help, first of all. The instructions say to let it incubate for 21-42 days. And then later, Ill filter off the plant material and calcine the plant matter, add this, then let it sit in the incubator a fee more weeks and shake daily so that it absorbs all the water-soluble salts. A filtering process then ensues to remove the non-soluble salts (corpus mortuum). Does anyone have any advise or input here you would like to share? LVX.
