● This is a generalized and over-reaching statement, with confusing implications (I feel). ● Oxytocin is a short polypeptide hormone, C43H66N12O12S2, released from the posterior lobe of the pituitary gland. ● It is synthesized and manufactured (and used) pharmacologically to induce copulation in animal husbandry in that industry. ● While we humans do share such physiological behavior patterns as animals (as with dogs and cats), it must also (and especially) be considered that HUMAN LOVE is substantially (and essentially) MORE THAN a chemical response factor, as with animals. ● Human love is most itself...in the willing and giving of good to another. :) ● There are profound similarities in all animal pleasures, of course. ● However, humans have an incredibly higher level of experiential awareness and responsibility in such matters of pleasure, than animals have. ● For example...without a human MORAL POINT OF VIEW (which is decidedly comprised of human dignity, integrity, purpose, care, concern, respect, reverence, etc.)...there can be animal pleasure, but NOT human joy and happiness. ● So you see...HUMAN LOVE is substantially, a decision as much (or more) as it is a functional and emotional response to an animal and biological chemical reagent. ● Thats actual and factual--with human-grown ways and means for over 50,000 years or more. :) ● I do love dogs and animals, though. ● In this sense (that is implied above)...Dogs are born to love. ● Indeed...if a dog does not love, then someone has taught it not too. :)
