This is a great example of an athletes strong will and determination to reach a very difficult goal! To my coaches (@ Mauka Running), I came up with a great trick tonight at work! Every time I wanted to over eat or eat something I shouldnt, I wrote T200 on my hand and took a second to think what do I want more, this cookie or T200?!? It worked well!!! Tonight was pretty slow (more time to mindlessly snack!) and I did awesome with my diet!!! - Ken Michael (Mauka Runnings client) Awesome, Ken!
