This is a great introduction to Thomas Campbell. Hes a Physicist; worked for NASA. Hes also one of the pioneers of out of body experiences (OBEs), having helped Robert Monroe build the Monroe Institute lab where they did decades of research on the subject. His book is available for free on google books, and has hours and hours of interviews and lectures for free on Youtube. This is by far the most influential individuated unit of consciousness in my life, and if you were to give him a listen I think youll find he has a practical, logical answer to everything. One of the major take-aways Ive gotten from his material is that every decision can be made with a simple formula: the decision that causes more love in the world is the right decision, and the decision that causes more fear or chaos in the world is the wrong decision.
