This is a little long, but if you have students in school, care about the education and futures of youth, or about the future of this country you might want to watch. If you have heard the term Common Core but didnt know what it meant.. Take some time to educate yourself. Knowledge really is power.. and that is exactly what they are afraid of. Once you realize that Bill Gates and about 5 other people are the researchers that are claiming to be the experts that designed it... Then when you realize that the schools are gonna need new computers every 2 yrs you might start connecting some dots. That alone will upset you but when you realize that states that were not doing well economically took advantage of taking on this new curriculum so that they could get money for their schools without realizing what they were signing up for. Because they never even had a chance to see the curriculum) The teachers are not even educated to teach common core and I promise you you will not be able to help your kids with their homework if you have any amount of common sense the problems will not make sense to you.
