This is a mindfulness post and not directed at anyone or to be taken personally but we do ask you please read.. T.I.A - Admin. In recent times some PIFers and some collectors of PIFs have raised the questions of whether or not someone needs goods being paid forward based on whether or not they are part of a single parent home or part of a couple.. I would just like to say, having been both at various times in my 18yrs of parenting, sometimes a co-parenting family are financially struggling just as much as a single parent family especially those who are not within the bracket to receive any benefits and trust me the cut off amounts are a lot lower than a lot of people realise. Can I also reiterate, PIFs we understandfrom the givers perspective is done to help those in need, but please do not assume or place judgement in regards to whether someone is worthy of a PIF based on their marital/relationship status.. It is hard for people to ask for help and some do not have the voice to stand up and say yes please, I need help even when they really do.. This is a public forum, please remember that, by questioning someones need you can actually publically shame them into thinking they are not worthy enough to ask for help and in doing so some of the more needy but also more humble people may decline help and in doing so miss out on help they really do need.. Remember PAYING IT FORWARD is about giving with no judgement attached.. And those who receive if you are doing so with good intentions in your heart because you really are in need, that is what this page is all about.. Thanks PS. from now on any posts with no pleases or thankyous in them will be removed upon sight, no warning given, I think its fairly self explanatory as to why.. cheers
