This is a photo from September 15, 2013. Rev. Howard Johnson was paying Marshal Svendsen , True Form Productions LLC, for his work up to that date making the mold for the statue. In the original comments with the photo, it was noted that ALL we needed to do was raise the rest of the money to have the statue cast in Bronze. Note, that was over a year ago, thank you very much to George Lopez, for organizing A Night for Richard for stepping to the plate and making it happen along with D.L. Hughley Mike Epps Eddie Griffin Cedric The Entertainer Charlie Murphy and thank you to The Peoria Civic Center.
