This is a quote from on of our clients on what happens if one of their pastors considers moving to another church: Moving on to another ministry is encouraged as God leads and directs. We are grateful for whatever role we play in a person’s professional, personal, ministerial development. Most staff who leave do so for a more senior position elsewhere... Do you believe allowing, sometimes encouraging, staff to move on like this is typical in the church world? Should it be, or is someone not loyal if they consider moving to another ministry or church?
