This is a really sad situation. But have to agree with a friend the original comments are horrible. Gun control begins with parental control. There is a loaded gun in my home at all times. My daughters do not know where it is. And tony had his shotgun out this week and it never crossed my daughters mind to touch it. Not even the box of shells (gun was unloaded). My kids know that when a gun is handled wrongly someone will get killed. They each own two guns and neither of them have access to them but when they carry and shoot they know what to do. The kids in this fight that turned bad I feel is the fault of the parents. The gun was legally owned but if a child chooses to shoot a person over an argument they had to learn it somewhere.
