This is a repeat of something I posted a week ago. Maybe no one else cares or maybe they think this is not the season to have this sort of discussion. Personally I think that this season of supposedly peace on earth and good will towards man is the perfect time to share our disappointments with each other respectively and at the same time to spread a little love and understanding. Call me naïve if you like but I still hold out hope that we can all learn to respect one another and get along someday. I disagree with the terms misconduct and unjust used in this content nor do I believe the problems have gotten worse just because of Zimmermans stupidity. What I do believe is that our problems with policing and crime are based in economics and what I would call economic racism. For instance, If the city of Compton, Ca. was 99% white but suffered the same poverty and economics that it does now and the city of Newport Beach, Ca. was 99% black and the people living there enjoyed the same economics as that city does now I suspect the crime rates and distrust between the police and these communities would be nearly the same as it currently is. Only in reverse. Equality has to begin with equal education and economic opportunity or these social problems simply will continue to get worse. Politicians who believe that only a strong middle class can bring about the American dream for all regardless of race IMHO is the only viable answer to our problems. Those that subscribe to the Trickle Down disproven theory will only serve to make matters worse. Remember to vote in 2016 if you want life to get better in the USA. Thats my 2 cents worth and worth every penny you paid for it
