This is a sad sale. Dexter is a 16 week old cinnamon velveteen lop buck. Velveteens are a rare breed, a lop earred rabbit with a velvet coat. He was bought as part of my breeding programme at which point I didnt know that he may carry maloclussion (his siblings had it), and so must not be used for breeding. Dexters teeth are fine though. He is a lovely boy and my intention was to keep him as a pet. Unfortunately I dont feel that Dexter is getting the time and attention that he deserves as I am a breeder. He is a friendly boy, but needs a home who can devote lots of time to him and handle him lots to stop him being quite so jittery when handled. I feel that he would make an ideal house bunny (although he lives outside right now), and would suit a family with older children. He is used to children and our dog. He is also used to free roaming. Would come with change over food and a lifetime of advice and free claw clipping. I would like £25 to ensure he goes to the right home.
