This is a stock Springfield Armory SOCOM II (With the exception of our 2001-V gas lock adapter and vortex) It has the factory Springfield Armory barrel on it. When we shot this rifle with M80 ball and Hornady TAP 168gr, we were getting groups of ~8 at 100yds. Obviously this is unacceptable accuracy, so Ron decided that he wanted to help this customer out. Ron used an old method of hand-lapping from the 1950s, and after he was finished, the groups came down to 2 (at 100yds) We can do this for your rifle that has a stock SA barrel on it that you are not getting a decent level of accuracy with.
