This is a terrifying video to watch. It was shot this past weekend on 10/05/2014. The terrifying part isnt the impact per se (the truck driver was okay), but follow the train as it leaves to the left. You can clearly see the lead unit falling over to the left. Both engines and 14 cars derailed. The conductor was seriously injured and airlifted to a hospital (but, thank God, survived). The engineer was not hurt as severely. After derailing, the lead unit apparently ran straight in to a huge oak tree. The tank cars were carrying compressed Argon, so there was no hazmat risk. Just a reminder of how trains are not invincible. If you are out taking pictures, be safe.
