This is a tough one. My brother, which is my best friend is a police officer, and I know a lot of stellar outstanding officers who wouldnt act like this. I have to say you dont know the entire circumstance behind this video. I dont agree that all police officers act this way and are depicted in a negative manner...however I do feel that the officers action and his smug I dont care demeanor who did the slapping was unprofessional. Looking at the video it looks more like he was slapping at the phone but perception is everything...again he looked like he really could care less and didnt do anything to really help out his partner at the door to defuse the situation. Not impressed with him
