This is a very challenging round of intervals for the lower body that incorporates cardio blasts. We used Gliders for a few parts but you can go without and still feel the benefits. Your challenge is to complete this series of exercises 3-5 times without resting. Set your timer for 30 second intervals... Slow & Low Jacks Tap Downs Frogger Squats Curtsy Squat Left Curtsy Squat Right Burpees Always concentrate on proper form and slow the move exercise down if necessary. I would appreciate any feedback. I hope you love it as much as my #warriorwomen did yesterday!
