This is a very good quote and if I may add, we should also be responsible for our inaction, not just our actions. Totalitarianism, extremism and indifference will be the three roots of mans problems in the 21st century. Of these three Indifference is the biggest challenge man will face in this century. George Bernard Shaw in his play “The Devil’s Disciple” Act II (1901) wrote: The crime against our fellow creatures is not to hate them, but to be indifferent to them; thats the essence of inhumanity.
