This is a wonderful translation of one of my statuses into Korean by Pastor John JeungYeoul Bang. 영적인 지도력은 직위에 관한 것이 아니라 성품과 영성에 관한 것이다. 우리는 가정과 직장, 교회와 사회에서 영적인 리더들이 되어야 한다. 물론 지도자가 실패하기도 하고, 사람들을 위해 할 수 있는 것이라곤 아무것도 없다고 느끼는 순간들도 있다. 그러나 그는 하나님을 떠나서는 아무것도 아님을 인식하고 있기 때문에 하나님의 힘과 능력을 더욱 간절히 구하게 된다. 눈물의 골짜기와 주변의 여러 두려움으로 주님께 필사적으로 매달릴 때, 바로 그때 그는 서서히 지도자로 만들어지기 시작하는 것이다. Spiritual leadership is not about titles and positions but it is more about character and spirituality. We need to be spiritual leaders at home, at work, in church, and in society. There are moments, however, when a leader is flat on his face and knows that he has nothing for people; therefore, he becomes hungry for God’s strengths and power because he knows apart from Him he is nothing. When he is in the puddle of tears and guided by the surrounding fears to be desperate before the Lord, there he is beginning to lead.
