This is about as bad an idea as I can imagine for Elkhorn City. Weve worked for years to beautify the river going through town, to draw boaters and fishermen and swimmers and even baptismsr. The LAST thing these people want is a bunch of vehicles doing burn outs right next to the river. I hope the regulatory agencies, and landowners, continue to stand in the way of this misguided idea. There are PLENTY of places around town to do something like this. But the riverbank is not one of them. Take your childish rubber burning somewhere else!!!
