This is absolutely amazing !!!! The best video I have ever watched describing what its like to have ME/CFS, I have been told by SO many people just sleep more just get on with it ignore it and youll feel better exercise will do you good I went from going to full time collage and dancing several nights a week to barely being able to get dressed or eat. No one in there right mind would choose to feel like they have flu (brain fog as its known) 24/7. Whilst most days at the moment are okay for me *touchwood*, I was housebound give of take the odd good day for over 5 years, and even now some days are awful! And if I get a common cold of bug it takes a good month or two for me to feel better again, providing I dont get a second infection off of the back of the first! I hope this video helps other understand!
