This is absolutely amazing to watch. One wonders why this capability isn’t being used 24/7 over there, especially during the days when the ISIS forces are on the move, as we see in pictures of them driving around in caravans, huddling in groups to give praise to themselves, and when on the move out in the deserts where they can be spotted much easier than at night. Maybe they are already doing that, because this kind of technology could put the fear of Allah in some of them to leave ISIS before they are next.
