This is absolutely disgusting and horrifying. Not having and ID is no excuse for smashing in the window and beating up the passenger. My god, what crime did he commit to justify the officer to break in the window and tase him RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS CHILDREN. Failure to wear a seatbelt is not a felony, this mans rights were violated. By the fourth amendment these officers had NO RIGHT to exert so much force. Just give him the ticket and leave. This is just senseless brutality. Something needs to be done about this.
