This is absolutely unconstitutional and wrong in definately, I see police take advantage of human beings who are homeless with only their few belongings needing to survive. Overlooking this video it shames me that cops who promise to help and protect society not only in crimes, but situations like these in where their hearts needs to be handles with compassion dignity not homeless like garbage to take. The police wont know when it it could happen to them, they going to need someone to serve and protect them. In my opinion no uniformed professional should take it above law from him/herself in taking anything that these homeless for helping them to survive the streets, outside day or night sleeping. I am ashamed to see police go 2 far in peoples desperate survival strategies and need to be helped not punished because their only crime is living without a roof. Please ask yourselves, Who are the criminals, or terrorists? Police or HOmeless and weak. The stronger ones are those who know how to survive on their own 2 feet without hiding with a gang.
