This is an example of a few exercises I choose from if I only have 20 minutes (and am normally at home). I pick 10 different exercises - some are plyos, core or cardio training - and do it for one minute each twice. Here are additional exercises I choose from: 1. Squats 2. Squat jumps 3. Walking lunges 4. Lunge jumps 5. High knees 6. Push-ups 7. Burpees 8. Jumping jacks 9. Frog jumps 10. Walking leg raises 11. Suicide drills 12. Planks 13. Starfish jumps 14. Bicycles 15. Plié squats Choose 8-10, put the timer on your phone, stay hydrated and GO! (FYI: Im getting out of my comfort zone with these bright Liquido leggings.
