On a track: 800m run w/ body armor (body armor comes off) 80m lunges 80m sumo squat 40m Spiderman pushup 80m every 10m shuttle run 80m right side shuttle 80m left side shuttle 80m high knees 80m high skips 2x 400 rest 30sec between each 400m 2:00 water break Repeat 2x 400 rest 30sec between each 400m 2:00 water break Repeat
