This is an example of how we do cardio, for fat loss I have found no cardio more effective than this yet it is only a 10 minute session from start to finish. Bettina warms up at a moderate pace for 2 minutes and then does 30 second intervals for 6 minutes and then cools down at a moderate pace for 2 minutes. !0 minutes total for cardio. Bettina has lost 35lbs of body fat and maintains all year round 10% body fat. She does this by weight training 6 days a week 20-30 minutes a day and 5 days a week of cardio for a total of just over 3 hours a week of exercise, she also has meticulous eating habits
