This is an observation of something that has become really apparent to me about the internet marketing/ biz opp industry and I am sure this will ruffle a few feathers. However i call it as I see it. There ALWAYS seems to be the next big thing and when its big , its big because top earners and people with huge lists and teams jump on board and do webinars to their audience and group of loyal buyers who also get excited and jump ship. They ride the wave for as long as it lasts and then something else will come along and it happens all over again. There is never any long lasting wealth being built only a period of riding the wave and milking it for what its worth at the time The REAL leaders are the ones that stand their ground, weather the storm and work with a long term vision and with a company that is not a fly by night or flash in the pan thrown together business. Yes we dont always get it right the first time and we dont always align with the company we first choose or even the 2nd time But when you find the right company with longevity, stability and you know it will be around when your grandkids are getting old because its not based on hype and a wave then the real leaders will plant their feet firmly in the ground and help their team. After 8 years of getting it wrong and watching and observing the jump shipping and shiny objects I finally found a company 2 years ago that is solid, has real relationships with offline and online business and WILL be around when others fall flat on their face. It is built on integrity and doing things right rather than after a quick buck to attract all the gold diggers looking for a quick buck. I admire the person who has the courage to lead instead of follow and the person who really looks after the people , to the left , to the right and up and down. True wealth is created when you are in for the long haul not just for whatever is convenient and makes you a quick dollar.
