This is an official Jo Lord appeal! I dont know if any of you have seen leaflets about, or heard of Samaritans Purse? Each Christmas they run Operation Christmas Child. All you need to do is grab an empty shoebox & fill it. Weve filled four (two girls two boys) this year with a WIDE range of stuff. Soap, toothbrush & paste, boiled sweets, bouncy balls, pocket size activity books, crayons, pens, woolly hats, gloves, socks, stickers, hair accessories, Lego & even a couple of tiaras! The most expensive purchase was from Poundland, so, its a realistic request, for me to tell you all how FANTASTIC this appeal is & ask you to consider getting involved. There are many places accepting boxes on your behalf, I shall be taking mine to Longbridge Methodist Church before their cutoff date of November 23rd. Please watch the attached film, I find it humbling & life reaffirming. Thanks for giving me a few minutes of your time.😊
