This is an often occurrence, so enjoy. Dream of 1/30/14...The dream begins as I am reading a book of fantastical merit, and further along I realize there are similarities in the names, characters, places, etc. I have an oh my moment and realize that this is my life being portrayed and that it is also of my future. Its about to get weird. It skips to where I am walking in a cruiseship-esque style room with several balconies overlooking a main atrium with stairs, hallways, and rooms leading away from each level. As I continue reading this what-I-think-is-awesome story, my wife, Meghan Conley who has been with me this whole time, is included in a prophecy that says she is the key to human survival and that she must leave this world for it to persist. Anyway, we come to one of the balcony landings, and a man is there to keep Meghan from escaping to complete the prophecy. At this time I am freaking out and am going to be the knight in shining armor and protect her from danger. Man tries to come at Meghan, and then hundreds of archers begin to rain flaming arrows down to allow us to escape. Now we are running through hallways and come to a pier leading out into the atrium which is now full of water...the ship is going down. Meghan does a perfect swan dive, I follow with an adaptive version of a less than perfect swan dive and both hit the water. As momentum carries us further towards the bottom of the underwater atrium, Meghan contorts herself into a pose that matches a rune on the floor and all of a sudden she disappears into a portal...I slam into the floor. Fast forward to me frantically trying to find my wife who has now disappeared into a portal, and now I have to find my way into whatever realm she has ventured to. That afternoon I am driving down a gravel road and I see two wolves, both black with white feet, trotting along the road. In my dreamstate, these wolves are the key to finding Meghan. I join their wolfpack, and they guide me to an old catapoult that will sling me to the realm Meghan is trapped in. I get in said catapoult, the wolves trigger the release, and now I am flying through the air at a cliff. You can imagine the sense of anxiety while flying through the air at a rock wall. Before hitting the wall a portal opens up and now I am in another realm. Where I end up is a beautiful hardwood bottom with flowing streams and sunlight glistening through the trees. There I am accompanied by Luke Scroggs, and we are going hunting for Meghan. After searching for what seems days, we sit down and hear someone singing and walking through the forest. To my surprise it is my wife who steps out and acts like nothing has happened. She is very stand-offish and begins leading me to a cabin in the middle of a field. Inside the cabin a man is waiting, and he does not seem very happy to see me. The man was very in shape, and I couldnt help but feel like I may be in over my head. Anyway, buff man comes at me, and we begin to tussle. After fighting for a while I knock him out, and everything seems to be right with the world. I had to overthrow my opponent before I could be reunited with Meghan...kinda like the Chinese guy in the Matrix that Neo had to defeat before he could meet with the Oracle. Meghan is happy, I am happy, and we walk into a barn and there is my old pal Daniel Sanford working on lawn mower. The End. This is what my night entails most of the time. There is nobody on the ranch I could tell this to, and I didnt want this one to go to the wastebasket of dreams. Have a good day!!
