Supreme Court Justice Malcolm Macaulay said: “The liquor intake by both Huth and Noble played a significant role in these unfortunate events…….” I say to Justice Malcolm Macaulay and to any other person (such as police investigators and jurisprudents) who are involved in the arrest and conviction of individuals, the reality of throwing a punch to someone’s head is that the person throwing the punch, is probably going to kill that individual. PERIOD. Drunk or sober. PERIOD. Using the fist as a weapon shows INTENT, just as much as using a gun or a knife. I content that any individual who throws the first punch INTENDS it to be the last punch
