This is complete BULLSHIT!!! They are beating the SHIT out of this kid for NO apparent reason and the police department is trying to cover it up because some of their kids were involved. If I ever heard of this happening to one of my kids and the police tried to cover it up. I wouldnt hesitate to take matters into my own hands!!! I would find the ones who did it, beat the SHIT out of them so they know how it feels and then sue the entire police department. Im so disgusted by this video and the people who did this and the ones who filmed it. Absolutely ridiculous that this can happen in todays world!!
