This is directed to a right-leaning audience, but its central point is clear and chilling: Obama has no authority to suspend any part of ObamaCare. Therefore, companies have no legal protection if they fail to obey the law. Any succeeding administration, or even Obama himself, could hold them accountable. The waivers are merely a wink and a nod by the President—no more than a promise to look the other way if they break the law.
