This is disgusting! I am embarrassed to live in this tower. Im infuriated that this person couldnt tie their bag and put it in one of the FIVE EMPTY cans! Instead lets leave it all opened and spilled and let someone else pick up your diapers! Thats nasty! I feel sorry for the Japanese man that has to clean up after you and embarrassed that this is the image YOU ARE setting for Americans! Thank you dirtbag! Maybe if Housing put cameras in there youd start giving a shit!
