This.is.fabulous! I had a few rough years before I got pregnant and gained a lot of weight during that time. I started to try to take it off and got pregnant with my first. My jeans didnt fit the same. Then I got pregnant with twins and my body changed again. Although I am learning to change my view on how I look, its easy to slip into the self defeating judgmental mode and chastise myself instead of praising what this body did to make, carry and deliver three beautiful children. No, I will never be the swimmer I once was, but I wouldnt trade my 3 girls for the world, or that body.
