This is for Dwight Williamson, Magistrate, who is to abide by law for the people of Logan County. Well, why is it that you dont follow the law Mr. Williamson. I had a legit contract signed by both parties, which they broke numerous lease agreements but yet you didnt want to hear or even look at proof of damages caused by these people who you catered for. Even the rent owed was not paid for the two months, late fees, and excessive water bill which I had all proofs and has caused financial burden to my family, but D. Williamson didnt even want to consider all that. Ive been in the rental business for almost 20 years and D. Williamson has heard my case two times and both times, he has not been legaly fair with me. My experience with this man has been disappointing. I wanna let everyone know this because why should we put someone in the office who does not abide by law and consider the binding contract I presented and just didnt want to consider what is right. Sure, I can go to Circuit court, spend more money for another hearing, but why should I have to? Everyone I talk to tells me, that someone made a call to him for a favor for these people who I call theives and if thats the truth and if thats how it works, I hope one day itll bite them in the behind so hard that they may only have time to think about it when they are inside four squares of steel bars. Remember, this has happened to a former Magistrate before. Im only saying all this because I get so frustrated with unfair justice. Just because someone holds an authority in office, doesnt give them the right to abuse and be unfair by not adhering to the law. I dont care to say all this, because Im just telling how it is. Everyone should consider what Im saying so we can elect honest, fair, and law abiding people.
