This is for my staff at Get Phit Studio- I received this email today from one of our clients and she not only raves about all of you but everyone in the Summer Challenge. Congrats everyone for being awesome! I just have to tell you how much doing this challenge has meant to me both physically and emotionally. I have learned a lot about myself, made new friends and changed my eating habits for the better. Heck it is hot and humid outside and during my lunch hour I just jogged 2 miles on the track and did 1,000 steps. I would not have been motivated to do that a few weeks ago. While there are three separate teams, we all are one team and that is evident as everyone is cheering you on when you think you just cannot do one more push up. Its not about the teams, its about being there for each other. Your staff is incredible! They go out of their to make sure that everyone gets the best workout possible. If they need to help you by making modifications, they do it and the exercises still kick your butt! Im looking forward to the next challenge...Im hooked on this program. I hope that you will continue to offer the evening class as it has been an integral part of my success and I have heard others express the same thing. I hope you know that you are not just helping people Get Phit, you and your staff are changing lives with this program.
