This is for those who say Hunger-Strike is not the Khalsa Way - 1) - Which Guru Sahib defended themselves in Mughal courts by refusing to accept their actions which they had carried out ? 2) - Which Guru Sahib - Gursikh in past filed Mercy petitions to Mughal Courts? 3) - Which Guru Sahib or Gursikh in past took out Candle Light Marches or Vigils ? 4) - Which Guru Sahib took out Protest Marches and shouted Naare on streets against tyranny of Mughals ? 5) - Which Guru Sahib went out fighting elections and asking people for votes? 6) - Which Guru Sahib or Gursikhs hired lawyers to defend themselves? 7) - Which Guru Sahib or Puratan Gursikhs handed over memorandums etc to rulers? Think - Contemplate - Look for answers and then Speak. Do not forget the language of Zafarnama sent by Guru Gobind Singh Ji to Aurangzeb. And just to clarify - Khalsa Way is not the way of mindless Violence. Khalsa is against Violence. If Khalsa raises Sword, its for KIRPA - AAN , for Protection and Honour of Society, not for self.Khalsa is morally and characteristically much stronger and can bear every pain with peace and patience on Path of Truth when Khalsa knows that raising Kirpaan is not possible.
