This is going to make some people mad but Im going to say it anyway. Its about to be 2015 and I keep reading and hearing about race and racism in the news, on social media, and now in music. And Im beyond over it. Especially in music. Especially in hip hop. We will never be able to overcome anything if we continually treat things as black and white. Especially in music. Music should be universal and appeal to all people. It should be the one thing that links us, that holds us together, that makes us see that we are not that different. Its about time we realized that one genre does not belong to one race. Not anymore.
