This is heart breaking and I have seen way too many people like this man treated this way. Again this is just another example of how our government treats our most vulnerable people. It is disgraceful and something needs to be done. They should be ashamed. I know working In group homes where there is beds available for these people but yet they dont have the money to pay for more staff to run them. And now they are keeping these people in hospitals where other sick people should be and need to be. And paying extra security guards to watch over him like a prisoner. This really gets my blood boiling.
