One of the hardest things to do is to stop the mind from being over whelmed when we have lots going on. Given that today is a Monday and with Mondays often more stress comes. I want you to see if you can take moments, to be in the moment. Plan your day so you know what you have to do, write it down. Then work through your day each task at a time in the moment. You will feel so much better at the end of the day!
