To everyone out there- please please please, if you take on the responsibility of owning a pet, make sure that you can provide for all of its needs, vet, food, company, shelter, comfort and LOVE If you cant give an animal the time, exercise, company and afford to pay for food and vet bills..please do not get a pet. Today I have really sadly, had to call the SPCA about a sad sad emaciated caged dog near my house. I thought long and hard about it before i called, but decided that the dog deserves help, and if the owner gets pissed off with me, well, i guess maybe all i can say is that they need to think long and hard about why they have allowed this poor desperate animal to suffer for so long. i only hope the dog finds help, love or peace from her shocking situation.
