HIIT & Weights is about how you do your cardio & strength training. Rather than choosing an aerobic activity& doing a separate weights routine—you now combine both in a high intensity, super sculpting workout. The cycling intensity gobbles up way more calories, both during the actual time youre exercising and for 24 hours afterward. Thats important because the afterburn—called excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC—is just as valuable in the overall equation of weight loss as the actual number of calories you burn during a given activity. Increasingly, studies have shown this type of workout trumps! {30 minutes. Open to the public. Equipment required: Dumbbell set (1kg-8kg) bring your own weights or you can use weights at LK Fitness.
