This is horrible. Of course this video is from Ga.This man comes out to his family and is attacked for it. You dont see any faces in this video, but you do hear the conversation and the attack. I have to say the reaction of the family sickens me. It is ridiculous when a family turns theyre back on their child, and grandchild, over their beliefs. My first question is: Does this family eat bacon or shrimp? My second is: This is your child, why would you choose a book over your child? This family mistakes the lesson of the book that they oh so cherish: Radical acceptance of self, inclusion, and love, taking care of your fellow human beings, and respecting all that is around. If anyone one of my friends or even a stranger sees this, know that I have an extra room, and this behavior towards you for being who you are is unacceptable. You are an amazing person and should be able to love who you love publicly and privately, without any persecution, and you shouldnt have to live a lie, living a lie is harmful to you, physically and mentally. It is better to be accepted by those who love you than those who judge you. Cut the poison out of your life. I hope this man never looks back.
