This is howler, our neighbors pure breed Siberian Husky. With her natural instinct, she killed someones chickens. The Brooke county animal shelter/sheriffs department labeled as her as a vicious dog and are trying to plan on euthanizing her. This dog is the sweetest and most smart animal you will ever meet. I feed howler with my dog all up in her face, stealing her food and she doesnt even budge. You try to give my cockapoo a treat and he bites your hand off. When you do that with howler, she is so gentle. An old gentleman walks his little black dog outside with howler right there and she would never even try to attempt to hurt either of them. My neighbors play out side with their babies and howler will run up and just sit with them. When there is any loud noise, she will hide her tail between her legs and run. Even if you just clap your hands together, shes scared to death. A friend of mine got into a wreck on his four-wheeler with his friends. The people with him went to get help and howler stayed right by his side. All of my daughters friends are in love with howler because of how sweet she is. This is not a dog that would need to be put down. Yes, I understand that it is wrong to kill the chickens, but it is any dogs natural instinct to do so. People kill people, people molest children, people commit actual crimes, and none of them get sentenced to death. Being held in the pound is enough punishment for her. In my opinion, everyone should try their best to help us all save this precious dog from this mess.
